Обычно мы пишем список целей на год, переворачиваем страницу, и никогда не возвращаемся к этим целям снова. И это не самый эффективный способ достичь своих целей.
Ошибка №1 Писать слишком длинный список целей
Вы просто не сможете сфокусироваться на десятке различных вещей одновременно. Определите для себя до 4 ключевых сфер в вашей жизни, на которых вы хотите сфокусироваться. Конечно, очень важно мечтать по крупному, избавляться от границ, и не ограничивать себя своими собственными мыслями. Но даже если вы напишите большой список, сократите его до 4 наиболее приоритетных вещей, на которых вы хотите сфокусироваться.
Ошибка №2 Фокусироваться на результате, а не на действии
Просто сказать: “сбросить 10 кг” или “накопить н-ную сумму денег”. Но намного важнее определить, какие регулярные действия понадобятся вам в том, чтобы достигнуть этих целей. Например, вместо того, чтобы ставить себе целью “сбросить 10 кг”, поставьте цель “ходить в спортивный зал 3 раза в неделю”. В результате это приведет вас к вашей цели: быть более здоровым, иметь хорошую форму.
Ошибка №3 Ставить слишком амбициозные цели
Возьмите цель, которую вы себе поставили, и разделите ее пополам. Скажем, вы поставили себе цель “ходить в тренажерный зал 5 дней в неделю”. Или вы хотите изучать иностранный язык семь дней в неделю. Разделите это на половину. Если вы изначально ставите себе выполнимые цели, вам проще систематически ее придерживаться. А если вы чувствуете вдохновение, вы всегда можете позаниматься дополнительно.
Ошибка №4 Отсутствие визуализации
Мы уже об этом говорили выше. Вы пишите длинные списки своих целей в блокноте, переворачиваете и никогда не обращаетесь к ним снова. Ваши цели должны быть постоянно на виду. Если вы их не видите, вы о них забываете. Распечатайте свои цели на большом листе бумаги, повесьте в своем офисе или спальне.
